Wake up it's a new day it's a new week and if you choose it it's a new life. you get to decide right now who you want to be. But what do you do to stay motivated? What do you do to persevere when things get hard? Because if you've made it to the end of this week and you're still really great and staying on your plan that's awesome but chances are some of you that's not the case some of you have already had moments where you feel like man i really fell down. Believe that you're worth it, believe that you can, believe that you're capable of whatever you set your mind to. You can get through anything, you better damn well, i'm sorry i cussed, believe you can get through anything. If you don't know what you're working towards its easy to feel you can't get there it's easy to feel like it's slipping away. so the first thing that im gonna tell you to do, the first piece of homework is imagine, in really strong detail, what's it going to be like to be this new version of yourself. that's a very very powerful tool. extra credit if you write it down . Sometimes people don't want to write it down because it feels, their worried someone else is gonna find it, or whatever. it's a very powerful tool to actually. I believe that I am standing here right now even though there are people who tried to do the exact same thing, at the exact same time with more talent and better connections because when those same people heard the word no, when someone told them they could not do it they listened. I'm gonna say that again i'm gonna be like a preacher for you, because i want this to get into your bones. Choose who you want to be. choose how you want to be. Then live today accordingly.
